Elaine Green Managing Director

Following the completion of her M.Phil in Comparative European Industrial Relations at the University of Surrey, Elaine developed her extensive HR experience across the public and not-for-profit sector, working in higher education, local authorities, voluntary organisations and housing associations. This has seen her working for organisations as diverse as the Learning & Skills Council, London School of Economics & Political Science, Stevenage Homes Ltd, Tower Hamlets Community Housing Ltd, Leonard Cheshire, United Learning Trust, Basildon Council and Natural England. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Member of the Institute of Management Consultancy.

Elaine provides broad HR consultancy support to a wide range of clients. Her current areas of expertise include

Marg Harris Associate Consultant

Specialises in working with organisations that wish to adhere to equalities legislation, implement diversity practices and embrace organisation change to achieve greater business performance in HR and service delivery.

Marg is a lay member of the Employment Tribunal Service as an appointed race expert panel member

John Stamford Associate Consultant

John Stamford has 35 years “sharp end” personnel management, training and employment relations experience gained with leading companies. He was awarded Companionship of the Chartered Institute in 1990. He has considerable experience of representing both Claimants and Respondents in the Employment Tribunals around the UK and can provide practical interpretation of aspects of employment law and training on the relevant procedures.
