On 21st September Elaine successfully cycled 23 miles in the Champneys Charity Bike Ride in support of children and adults suffering from any form of disability.
She says she found it very pleasant for the most part, it being the most fabulous weather and lovely scenery.
Elaine particularly wants to thank everyone who sponsored her and anyone who would still like to do so. Click on the tabs on the left to learn more and to donate.
